The Influence of Leadership and Organizational Culture on Performance With Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable at PT. Adam Dani Lestari
Abstract
The aim of this research is to investigate and analyze the influence of leadership on employee performance, the influence of organizational culture on employee performance, the influence of leadership on job satisfaction, the influence of organizational culture on job satisfaction, the influence of job satisfaction on employee performance, the influence of leadership on employee performance through job satisfaction, and the influence of organizational culture on employee performance through job satisfaction. This study adopts an associative research design with a sample of 60 respondents who are employees of PT. Adam Dani Lestari. Data collection is done using a questionnaire and the data analysis technique used is Partial Least Square (SmartPls) to test the seven hypotheses proposed in this study. The research results show that there is a positive and significant influence of leadership on employee performance, a positive and significant influence of organizational culture on employee performance, a positive and significant influence of leadership on job satisfaction, a positive and significant influence of organizational culture on job satisfaction, and a positive and significant influence of job satisfaction on employee performance. Additionally, there is a positive and significant influence of leadership on employee performance through job satisfaction, and a positive and significant influence of organizational culture on employee performance through job satisfaction.
