Hubungan Antara Amalan Kelestarian Dan Prestasi Jualan Firma: Peranan Interaksi Pelaburan R&D Dan Harga Saham Dalam Firma Pembuatan Multinasional

Abstract


Kajian ini meneliti kesan amalan kelestarian seperti penggunaan tenaga, tenaga boleh diperbaharui, pengambilan air, penjanaan sisa, serta pelepasan gas rumah hijau (GHG) Skop 1 dan Skop 2 terhadap prestasi jualan firma, dengan mengambil kira interaksi pelaburan R&D dan harga saham. Menggunakan data panel sepuluh firma pembuatan multinasional (2014–2023), analisis menerapkan regresi kesan tetap dan kaedah Dua Peringkat Kuasa Terkecil (2SLS) untuk menangani endogeniti. Dapatan menunjukkan penggunaan tenaga dan pelepasan GHG Skop 1 mempunyai hubungan positif dengan jualan, manakala pelepasan GHG Skop 2, penjanaan sisa dan pengambilan air berkait negatif dengan jualan, mencerminkan ketidakcekapan operasi. Pelaburan R&D hanya memoderasi hubungan pelepasan GHG Skop 2, manakala harga saham memoderasi secara signifikan semua amalan kelestarian terhadap prestasi jualan. Kesimpulannya, dapatan menekankan hubungan kompleks antara prestasi alam sekitar, inovasi, dan penilaian pasaran, serta memberikan implikasi praktikal bagi firma yang ingin menyepadukan kelestarian dengan matlamat kewangan jangka panjang.
