Perhitungan Strategik, Ketangkasan Organisasi, dan Prestasi Inovatif: Satu Rangka Kerja Bagi Meningkatkan Prestasi Dalam Pks Logistik di Malaysia
Abstract
Kajian ini bertujuan membangunkan rangka kerja konseptual yang menghubungkan perhitungan strategik (strategic foresight), ketangkasan organisasi (organizational agility) dan prestasi inovatif (innovative performance) dalam konteks PKS logistik di Malaysia. Kajian ini didorong oleh cabaran persekitaran perniagaan yang tidak menentu dan dinamik yang menuntut organisasi meningkatkan keupayaan menjangka serta bertindak balas secara berkesan bagi mengekalkan daya saing. Berlandaskan Pandangan Berasaskan Sumber (Resource-Based View, RBV) dan Teori Keupayaan Dinamik (Dynamic Capabilities Theory, DCT), rangka kerja yang dicadangkan menempatkan perhitungan strategik sebagai keupayaan utama yang mempengaruhi prestasi inovatif, dengan ketangkasan organisasi bertindak sebagai pemboleh ubah pengantara (mediating variable). Dari segi metodologi, kajian ini mencadangkan tinjauan keratan rentas berbentuk kuantitatif yang akan dianalisis menggunakan Pemodelan Persamaan Berstruktur Kuasa Dua Terkecil Separa (Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling, PLS-SEM). Secara keseluruhan, kajian ini menyumbang kepada literatur dengan mengintegrasikan keupayaan menjangka dan bertindak balas dalam satu kerangka bersepadu bagi PKS logistik di Malaysia.
